Installation

• Requirements:
  • After Effects CC 2024 and newer.
  • Expressions Engine must be set to JavaScript: Project Settings > Expressions > Expressions Engine > JavaScript
• To install The Positioner manually, copy the file “The Positioner.jsxbin” AND the folder “The_Positioner_Assets” into your “ScriptUI Panels” folder within your After Effects directory:
  • WINDOWS: Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects (Version)\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels
  • MAC: Applications/Adobe After Effects (Version)/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels
• Restart After Effects and run “The Positioner” by going to Window > The Positioner.
