Installation / How to Use:

1. Download and extract the Essential Filmmakers Bundle .zip archive to a permanent folder on your hard drive.
2. Install LUTs: In Photoshop, create a Color Lookup Adjustment Layer, click the 3D LUT File dropdown, select Load 3D LUT, and navigate to the .CUBE files. (Alternatively, use the included Actions to apply them instantly).
3. Install Actions: Open the Actions panel, click the hamburger menu, select Load Actions, and load the .ATN file.
4. Using the Overlays: Drag and drop your desired Anamorphic Flare, Fog, or Film Grain .PNG directly onto your canvas.
5. Pro-Tip for Blending: Change the blend mode of your light leaks and flares to Screen or Linear Dodge (Add). Change the blend mode of your film grain and lens dirt to Overlay or Soft Light, and lower the opacity to 20-40% for a subtle, realistic effect.
6. Applying Halation: Run the “Cinematic Halation” action. It will automatically isolate your highlights, apply a red/orange glow, and blur it slightly to mimic real film physics.
