Quick Access Script 1.21 to see the list of latest folders and files in After Effects

In this section, you can see the Quick Access script with version 1.21 for After Effects. With this script, we can see the list of the last folder and the last files that we imported. With the help of this script, you can put multiple folders in the list of this script so that you can quickly select whenever you need to enter the folders. You can also see the latest files you have entered in a list.

You don’t have to waste time searching for the materials, images, and any audiovisual files you want to import into After Effects.

Quick Access allows you to get:

• quick access to recent import paths;
• quick access to recent render paths;
• quick access to recent AE project paths;
• quick access to last path;
• quick access to favorite paths;
• quick access to recent effects;
• Easy-to-use.

Quick Access 2.0 Enhancements:

• New interface.
• No extra steps and preparation is needed anymore.
• Favorites can be created along the way.
• The list of recent paths is now clean. By default, extra paths are cut off by an intelligent algorithm.
• Added history of effects. Just start typing the name.
• Added rendering of selected layers to png file. Post-render actions have multiple settings.
• Added rendering of the composition to a jpg file (this will work if you have a jpg preset).

IMPORTANT: Quick Access 2.0 does not overwrite history of After Effects.

IMPORTANT: Using network paths is not recommended. This may lead to long delays.

Quick Access 2.0 tools:

 – favorite folder list.

 – recent import paths, recent AE project paths and recent rendering paths.

 – save the project to a recent folder.

 – opens your recent folder in the file manager.

 – adds the composition to the render queue. Your render path is set automatically.

 – renders selected layers to a png file.

 – renders the composition to a jpg file. Note: this will work if you have a jpg preset.
