Smart Controls v1.1 script to build a controller from any part of the Transform Layers settings in After Effects

This section includes the Smart Controls version 1.1 script for After Effects, which is available for download on the site. With the help of this script, you can create a controller from each part of the Transform Layers settings and then edit them in the Effect Control window.

Smart Controls is an After Effects tool that efficiently saves time by converting selected layer properties into expression controls with just one click.

Compatibility

After Effects 16 and higher. This tool requires the latest JavaScript Expressions Engine that was added to After Effects 16 on October 15, 2018.

How to Install

Step 1. Download the ZIP file and unzip it.
Step 2. Copy the Smart Tool .jsxbin file (Ex: Smart Resizer 2.2.jsxbin) into the ScriptUI Panels folder located here:
          WINDOWS:
               C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects <version>\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels
          MAC:
               /Applications/Adobe After Effects <version>/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels
Step 3. Restart After Effects
Step 4. To Open the Smart Tool in After Effects, go to the top menu bar and click on the Window. Next, click on the name of the Smart Tool from the drop-down list.  (Ex: Smart Resizer 2.2.jsxbin)
